Bedroom affected by broken toilet supply

This home in the Houston area was the result of a broken toilet supply line that had run for a fair amount of time affected the rooms around as you may see. The before picture was taken before we started the restoration process of extracting the water from the floor and removing the flooring to prevent any mold from growing. The after picture was taken once we had removed the affected floor and meticulously worked around the belongings of the homeowner to ensure nothing else would become damaged. We placed drying equipment all around the affected area to help the drying process progress and the customer was elated from our work.
