Leaky pipe within the walls

The owner of this Townhome discovered water in their hall bath and laundry room. The culprit was a leaky pipe in the neighboring townhome but since there was a shared wall, both homes were affected.  

Once the plumbing repairs were taken care of, SERVPRO was called in! 

After extracting the water, doing a little bit of demolition and placing the proper drying equipment we were done for the day. The crew chief will go back to the site tomorrow to monitor the drying process and possibly remove the equipment. 

Unfortunately two homes were affected by one leaky pipe. On the bright side, the professionals of SERVPRO swooped in to save the day!
