How old is your water heater?

Unfortunately this homeowner learned a little too late that they needed to replace their water heater which was located in the attic above the master bedroom closet which is on the second floor of the home. By the time the homeowner noticed the leak most of the contents of the closet had been affected. All clothing had to be professionally cleaned and unfortunately the floor was too damaged to salvage. Thankfully the leak was caught before making its way down to the first floor.
