Leaky Washer Connection

Every now and then the homeowner noticed water underneath the washer. A plumber was called in, they found a leak in the washer connections and the leak was fixed.

The homeowners decided to sell the house and upon the advice of their Realtor, a home inspector was called in. He noticed the wall was still damp and it had some type of growth. After some testing the growth was confirmed to be mold. 

Once SERVPRO came in there was water damage but there was also mold. Our professionally trained technicians were able to properly remediate water damage and treat/remove the mold.
